Circulation Procedures

Books are lent out for two weeks and may be renewed either by phone , through this site, or in person..
Videos are lent out for two Library days and can be renewed once
Computer users may require a booking and are allowed a limited time depending on the number of users.
No Chatrooms allowed on Public Access Terminals

Overdue Books wil be charged fines of $.10 per book per day overdue
Overdue Videos and DVD’s will be charged fines of $2.00 per item per day overdue
Computer programs are free to use
Printer costs are: Color $1.00 per page and Black/White $.50 per page
Photcopier costs are
1 to 5 copies $.25 per page
6 and over $.15 per page
Fax machine costs are: to send and receive :
Canada or USA $.50 per page
Overseas $1.50 per page

Membership

Membership is free to those living in or owning property in the Village of Benito, R.M. of Swan River or the Town of Swan River.
Those living outside these areas may purchase a Non-Resident membership at a low cost. Non-Resident Fees:
$12.50/6 month per family
$25.00/ year per family
